When reports emerged that senior administration officials gathered to discuss the political fallout surrounding the Epstein files, survivor and advocate Danielle Bensky was left asking a different set of questions:
What unresolved leads remained in the files? Who facilitated Epstein’s crimes? Were all credible leads pursued? And what was being done to hold those responsible accountable?
In a new op-ed published in the Washington Examiner (https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/op-eds/4619338/epstein-files-demand-investigation-not-damage-control/) , Danielle argues that the Epstein files are more than a source of political controversy. They are records connected to the sexual exploitation and trafficking of girls and young women and may contain information that helps establish how Epstein’s operation worked, who assisted him, and whether additional crimes can still be investigated.
Drawing on her own experience as a survivor, Danielle calls for accountability, transparency, and a commitment to following every credible lead.
