On July 16, 2026, young leaders from across the country will gather at George Washington University in Washington, DC, for the 9th Annual World Without Exploitation Youth Summit, hosted by the World Without Exploitation Youth Coalition in partnership with NCOSE and the George Washington University Office of Advocacy and Support.
The World Without Exploitation Youth Coalition (https://www.worldwithoutexploitation.org/youth) is a by-youth, for-youth network of students, advocates, survivors, and young professionals committed to ending commercial sexual exploitation and trafficking. Each year, the Youth Summit brings together the next generation of leaders to learn from experts, build connections, and strengthen their advocacy skills.
As young people take on increasingly important roles in advocacy, education, and prevention efforts, it is critical that they have access to the tools, resources, and opportunities needed to lead. The Youth Summit provides a space for young leaders to deepen their understanding of exploitation, build meaningful connections, and strengthen their advocacy skills.
This year’s theme, The Age of Adultification: Combating the Sexualization of Minors, will explore how adultification bias contributes to the sexualization and exploitation of young people both online and offline. Through breakout sessions, panel discussions, interactive workshops, and collaborative learning opportunities, participants will gain practical tools, deepen their understanding of exploitation, and connect with peers committed to creating change.
The summit is free for all attendees ages 15–28, helping ensure that young leaders from a wide range of backgrounds can participate in this important work.
