If there is no water being used in the house, the pressure on the downstream side of all that equipment will read the same as on the upstream side, because the upstream water has time to push through and equalize the pressure downstream. What matters is what the downstream pressure is when water is being used. If they don’t cause any pressure loss (which is unlikely) the downstream pressure will stay at 60 PSI. So, check the downstream pressure when the master bath shower is in use.
