I was thinking about what you asked, and I guess the easiest answer is that I needed a slower weekend more than I realized.
I stayed home most of Saturday, cleaned the kitchen properly, sorted a stack of papers, and opened the windows even though it was a little chilly.
That small reset somehow made everything feel more manageable.
Later I worked on that puzzle I mentioned and got far enough to see the pattern instead of just a pile of disconnected pieces.
On Sunday I met a friend for coffee and we ended up walking around much longer than planned, mostly talking about ordinary stuff and laughing at nothing important.
It felt good to have a conversation that did not require solving anything.
