I think you're right about that movie we watched last weekend. The pacing was a bit off but the cinematography made up for it. I've been thinking about trying that new coffee shop downtown. My neighbor mentioned they have a really good pour-over option and the atmosphere is supposed to be great for reading. Let me know if you want to check it out sometime. I've also been getting into hiking lately. There's a trail near the lake that's about five miles round trip with some really nice views at the top. Nothing too strenuous but enough to feel like you've actually done something. Let me know if you'd be interested in going together sometime. I usually go early on Saturday mornings when it's less crowded. The weather has been perfect for it recently so I'm trying to take advantage while it lasts. Hope you're having a good week so far.

I finally tried that pasta recipe you sent me. It came out really well actually. I added a bit more garlic than it called for and used fresh basil from the farmers market. The sauce was creamy without being too heavy. I think next time I'll try adding some mushrooms to it. Have you made it again since you first tried it. I also wanted to ask if you've seen any good documentaries lately. I've been on a documentary kick and need some recommendations. The one about deep sea exploration was fascinating but I'm looking for something a bit more upbeat. Maybe something about art or music. Let me know what you've been watching. Also thanks for the book recommendation last month. I finally finished it and really enjoyed the character development throughout. The ending surprised me more than I expected. Hope you're doing well and keeping busy with your projects.
