My name is Mr. Frank Gizenga from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC
Congo), citizen and former special assistant to President Felix Tshisekedi,
My father died when the M23 rebels attacked our residence in Goma City.
I am currently based in South Africa, as a political asylum seeker,
but everybody thinks I am dead, that I was killed in the

security reasons, as my extended family are still inside DRC Congo,

competed with the central authorities for power and control the Chinese
companies control and dominate the mining industry with local miners.
My purpose of contacting you is this, I deposited inside a vault
company in South Africa for safekeeping in South Africa, the sum of
US$11,000,000.00 (Eleven Million US Dollars) This funds is inside a
save vault company, and deposited in South Africa, as FAMILY PRECIOUS
ITEMS. The storage house here does not know that the consignment in the
vault company contains money.
I want you to assist me in taking care, and investing these funds
in mining and mining products, transportation, agriculture, construction
and other profitable areas of investments in your country and other
countries of your choice.
